Terms and Conditions

1. A down payment of 50% is required upon signing of this contract to secure date.

2. The down payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, UNLESS there is a cancellation by, or on behalf of, Belleza.

3. Belleza will refund 100% of all monies paid by client in the event of a cancellation by, or on behalf of, Belleza.

4. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event or at the trial whichever is first.

5. If the remaining balance is not paid 30 days before the event or at trial whichever came first, the initial 50% down payment is forfeited.

6. Travel fees and out of pocket expenses related to the event, such as parking, flights, overnight accommodations, or any other fees incurred are not included and will be added to the bill.

7. All changes will be reflected on final bill 30 days before event. All changes made within 30 days of the event will have a 25% surcharge.

8. An 18% service charge will be added on top of the total cost of services.

9. Client’s signature and/or down payment confirms that the client has read the terms and conditions, and agrees to the same.
